What is your cancellation policy?
If you give us 48 hours notice, we won’t charge you.

What if I need an extra bed for a child?
Rooms are priced by type – single, double/twin or triple. If your child is under 3 and can sleep in a crib then he or she stays free, but if your child requires a bed we’re afraid you’ll have to book a triple room.

What time is check in?
We have a 24 hour reception and so we are able to check you in whenever you arrive. However, if you’re going to be really late, please let us know.

What time do we have to check out?
Check out is 11am.

Is there parking?
Free parking can be found in the streets nearby but we cannot reserve spaces for you.

Is there a wi-fi connection in the hotel?
We do not have wi-fi but we do have a 24 hour internet point free of charge

What languages are spoken at the reception?
English, Spanish, French, Russian and Romanian

Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes, all areas of our hotel are non-smoking including the Suites.

What type of breakfast do you serve?
A large Italian Buffet Style breakfast

Is it easy to get into the historical centre of the city from your hotel?
Yes, very. There is a city train close by that will bring you to the red metro line A and from there you can reach any area of the city within minutes.

Can you organise tickets to sporting events for us?
For regular Serie A football matches featuring Roma or Lazio, yes, but for big matches, derbies and Champions League and 6 Nations Rugby we can’t guarantee anything. Please let us know in advance and we’ll try our best.

What can I facilities can I expect to find in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with individual air conditioning and heating, satellite TV, refrigerator and a direct phone line.

Is it easy to get to Saint Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican museums?
Very! You simply get on the city train until the Flaminio stop, and from here you get the red metro line to either Ottaviano for St. Peter’s or Cipro stop for the Vatican museum entrance.
